2. Plans, Billing & Cancellation

Services are offered on a month-to-month basis at a flat monthly price as quoted. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice; there is no long-term contract. Fees are non-refundable — upon cancellation, service continues through the end of the current paid period and then stops. Any usage overages, where applicable, are billed at cost with no markup.

3. Messaging / SMS Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Spark Industries LLC, which may include demo and appointment confirmations and reminders, inquiry and request follow-ups, account and service updates, and occasional promotional offers.
