Meet Winter
I'm Winter (yes, my name is Winter) — I left the corporate world to do work that actually matters: helping real, local businesses grow. I hold three business degrees from Kansas State University — in Marketing, Organizational Management, and Professional Strategic Selling — and spent five years as an operations manager in a corporate setting, coordinating complex projects across many stakeholders.
In short: I've studied how businesses grow, and I've run the operations that make them work. I'm not here to hard-sell you — I'm here to build something that runs. When you work with Sparks Business Solutions, you're not a ticket number in some agency's queue — you work directly with me.
